Some tools in the app may direct you to your agency's website; such as trip planners, journey schedules, and social media sites. If you are unable to access these tools we recommend trying troubleshooting steps below.
- Ensure you have a stable WiFi and/or Cellular Data network connection
- Check to see if other web pages launch from the app's Utilities page (Social Media, Fare info, Schedules, if available)
- Check if station or fare lists generate normally in the Buy Tickets section of the app (To further test for any network connectivity)
