If you cannot log into your app account, please ensure that you have a strong network connection, you are on the Login screen, and are entering the correct username and password. If you do not remember your password, select the Forgot my Password button underneath Password.
Because the JustRide app allows any email address to be used to sign up, there may have been a spelling error in the email address used to create your account. If you believe this may have happened to you, please contact Customer Service.

On the Customer Service screen, tap Contact us
You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID).
To find your app ID:
