Please Note Refund policies are dictated by the transit agency. Please refer to the FAQs section on your app for your agency's refund policy.
If you purchase a ticket by mistake or you change your mind after purchasing the ticket, you may be be able to refund the ticket from the Justride app. On your ticket, tap Actions and select Refund Ticket. You will be asked to confirm the refund amount, dependent on your agencies policy.
If you have passed the time limit for self-service refunds, or your agency does not permit self-service refunds, please contact customer service. To do so, please submit a request by going to the help section in this app and tapping on "Customer Service" and choosing the "contact us" option.
Please ensure that your application ID is provided when contacting support. This can be found within the mobile application under Help > Application Information > App ID.
