Expired tickets cannot be refunded within the app, however your agency may be able to offer assistance. Please contact Customer Service if you require assistance with your expired ticket.
You can submit a customer service request by going to the help section in the app and tapping on "Customer Service" and choosing the "contact us" option.
Please ensure that your application ID is provided when contacting support. This can be found in the mobile application under Help > Application Information > App ID.
