If you restore your device to its factory default settings, reinstall the app and log into your account. You will have full access to your tickets and other account information.
Be aware that your tickets will not be suspended during the time you have the app uninstalled. For example, if you have a ticket that is set to expire at 10:00AM, it will expire at 10:00AM regardless of whether you have the app installed at that time or not.
Note for Android users
