Each time you log into your account from a different device, it counts as a device switch. As a security measure, you are limited to 3 device switches every 6-month period.

You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID). To find your app ID:
- From the Help screen, tap Application Information
- Scroll down to locate your app ID
