If you encounter any technical problems that are preventing you from using the mobile ticketing app or you have any questions about the app, you can contact Justride support by:
- accessing our help center (support.justride.com) and submiting a ticket
- emailing us at help@justride.com
- calling us via phone (located next your profile link - you will need to register an account on our help center to have access to our phone number). You will be asked to leave a message, your contact information and a description of the issue or question.
To ensure we are able to deal with your request efficiently, please provide your application ID in any communication (app ID). To find your app ID:
- From the Help screen, tap Application Information
- Scroll down to locate your app ID
IMPORTANT NOTE If the technical issue is preventing you from using a mobile ticket that you've already purchased, you may need to pay for your journey using another method (such as purchasing a paper ticket). This will depend on your transit agency's policies.
If you want to request a refund, are unhappy with your transport service or have any other transit policy related questions, please contact the transit agency in App:
- From the Home screen, tap Help
- On the Help screen, tap Customer Service
- On the Customer Service screen, tap Contact us
