To use mobile ticketing, you need:
- An iOS or Android mobile device (phone or tablet)
- Your transit agency's mobile ticketing app
- Network connectivity
- A credit or debit card (some transit agencies also accept Apple Pay or Masterpass)
If your mobile device is not running iOS or Android you will not be able to install the mobile ticketing app.
If you have recently lost your device with the app installed or have replaced your device: You will be able to transfer your account to a new device, so you will be able to access your tickets on the new device. Read more about what to do in the case of a lost or stolen device here
