If the transit agency you are riding with allows entitlements, you may be eligible for fare discounts based on your status. Please contact the transit agency if you wish to sign up or learn more about entitlement discount fares. You can submit a request by going to the help section in the app and tapping on "Customer Service" and choosing the "contact us" option.
Please ensure that your application ID is provided when contacting support. This can be found in the mobile application under Help > Application Information > App ID.
Once enabled, you will be able to purchase reduced-fare entitlement tickets. Select the route upon which you wish to travel and select the discounted fare i.e. student fare. You will be asked to present any special ID card associated with this fare type upon request. (i.e. boarding a transport vehicle or upon hand-held inspection).
