It is not possible to change the email address associated with your account.
Still, there may be a good reason why you need to use a different email address. For example, maybe you no longer have access to the email account.
In this case, you will need to create a new mobile ticketing account using a different email address.
After your new account has been created, you can request to have any unused tickets moved over to your new account.

You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID). To find your app ID:
- From the Help screen, tap Application Information
- Scroll down to locate your app ID
