You will know that a payment has successfully processed when you see the Transaction Successful confirmation screen.
Confirmation of a successful purchase Ticket Wallet Refresh button
If after a successful purchase, you cannot locate your ticket in the Ticket Wallet, follow these steps:
- Make sure you have network connectivity
- From the Ticket Wallet, tap the Refresh button
- Scroll down on the Ticket Wallet screen, to ensure you have checked the full list of tickets
- Close the app and reopen it
- Sign out of the app and log back in

You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID). To find your app ID:
- From the Help screen, tap Application Information
- Scroll down to locate your app ID
