If you have a duplicate charge to your back account, please follow these steps to contact customer support:
- From the app Home screen, tap Help
- On the Help screen, tap Customer Service
- On the Customer Service screen, tap Contact us
You will need to provide:
- your username
- the amount and date of the duplicate charge
- your Application Identifier (available on the Help / Application Info screen)
- your Account Identifier (available on the Help / Application Info screen)
