If your transit agency offers student fares, they will appear as one of the options during the ticket selection process. Click the information icon to read a description of the fare type, determine if you are eligible to use it, and find out what documentation you may need to provide when your ticket is validated (for example, a student ID card).
A display of available fare types
Some transit agencies require riders to contact a Customer Support agent to request access to discounted fares. Until you do, the discounted fare will not appear as an option in the app. Contact your transit agency for assistance.
You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID). To find your app ID:
- From the Help screen, tap Application Information
- Scroll down to locate your app ID
