If verification, password reset, or receipt emails are being sent to a your Apple Pay address and not the address used to register your account, you will need to change the contact email address for Apple Pay.
You can change the contact email address in your Apple Pay settings in iOS device settings, or within the app. To change the contact address within the app, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Select Payment Method screen, and tap Apple Pay.
2. Tap the contact email address shown
3. Select the email address associated with their account, or tap Enter New Email Address
Once set to the correct email address, the Hub will send emails to the correct email address.
