If your active ticket displays the incorrect time and colors, your device date/time settings may not be set to the accurate local time. Activation time is dictated by the time set on your device, as activations can occur offline with no connection to the JustRide server.
We recommend that you ensure that your device is set to the correct date/time to avoid this issue.
If you find that your ticket displays the incorrect time despite the device time being correct, you may need to reset the time settings. If set to automatic date/time, switch to the manual date/time setting. This should reset the device time. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you restart the device.
